GymEase is a comprehensive, production-ready gym management system built with Next.js and SQLite. It features secure authentication, role-based access for owners and trainers, and real-time dashboard analytics. The platform handles member management, fee plans, subscription tracking, and payment records with full audit logging. It is currently deployed and actively used in gyms.

03 — Drawbacks & Future Scope

While it already flexes a multi-tenant architecture for franchises, the next milestone is hardware integration—so the software doesn't just manage the gym, it literally opens the doors.
